India Day 2025 - Registration Link for Choreographers

This year’s theme is "Satyamev Jayate" (सत्यमेव जयते) - Truth Alone Triumphs!!

The Sanskrit phrase emphasizes the importance of truth and integrity. We invite you to showcase performances that reflect truth, justice, courage, and the spirit of righteousness. Let your creativity bring this powerful message to life on stage!

Registration Deadline - Thursday July 31, 2025, 11pm EDT

Deadline to send us audio track - Sun, Aug 3, 2025, 11pm EDT

Event Date - Sat Aug 9th, 2025, 12pm EDT

IMPORTANT RULES

• No Solo performances
• Performances should have Min 6 performers
• Performance duration - Max 4.5 minutes
• A unique and variety of songs are encouraged (to avoid song repetitions)
• We request that you avoid dropping out at last minute
• ALL performers for one performance or one dance have to check in at the time provided. If you miss your check in time, your dance will be moved to the END of the program
• Choreographers are required to pay a participation fee of $15 per participant (for both ISW members and non-members) at the time of registering their performance.  **Please see guest guidelines below.
• If a participant is involved in multiple performances, you only need to pay once per participant
• Have each of your participant fill out the consent form

**At the door, the price will be $20 per participant**

Free Entry - There will be no tickets required for the audience.

** Guest Guidelines: If you have X number of participants, please list only X - 1 as additional guests. For example, if your group has 10 participants, you should add 9 guests.
