WEW Launches Inaugural Mentorship Program to Empower Women in the Community

For the first time, Women Empowering Women (WEW) has launched a dedicated Mentorship Program designed to support women in their personal and professional journeys. This initiative aims to create meaningful connections between mentees seeking guidance and accomplished mentors eager to give back, share their expertise, and strengthen their own leadership skills.

The program was kicked off with an initial overview session for interested members, where participants had the opportunity to register as a mentor, mentee, or both. The enthusiasm and energy at the session were a testament to the need for such a platform within the community.

The program brings together a dynamic group of mentors—industry leaders, entrepreneurs who have built successful businesses after overcoming significant challenges, and inspiring individuals who have returned to the workforce after career breaks. Regardless of career stage, participants will find opportunities to connect, learn, and grow through this enriching experience.

WEW is currently in the process of thoughtfully matching mentors and mentees. Once pairings are complete, the program will feature monthly meetups covering a range of professional development topics.

Stay tuned—exciting updates and impactful conversations are just around the corner!
