Annual General Body Meeting 2026 new date

ISW Executive Board and ISW Governance Committee is pleased to announce that the upcoming General Body Meeting will  be on Sunday February 1st at 2:00 PM. It will be held at India Center, 152 Main St, Shrewsbury, MA 01545.

The snow date for this event is Saturday January 31, 2026, 2 pm onwards. All registrations will automatically apply to both dates.

Please use the link on left to register for attending the meeting in person, so we can plan accordingly.  Please use you ISW membership id to register if you wish to vote.

You have to be dues paying member of ISW as of November 26, 2025, to pick up a ballot and vote at the meeting.

If you are not attending, no further action is required.

Agenda

• The ISW Executive Board along with the supporting subcommittees will share the annual report with the General Body present.
• Vote to elect ISW Commitee on Nominations.  Refer to the Slate in eSandesh.
• Vote to approve the change in bylaws as recommended by the Committee on Governance.
