ISW is super excited to announce our annual India Day celebration at DCU center.

Vendor registrations are hereby open and due to space limitations will be honored on a first come first serve basis, without exceptions. Please book your space now to avoid missing out. More details on the setup will be forthcoming as we get closer to the event.
● Approx. 10’X 8’ space with a table, 2 chairs
● Limited number available. First come first served.

VENDOR BOOTHS

● Single - $250 (After July 17 price: $325)
● Double - $400 (After July 17 price: $500)
● Additional $50 charge for electrical connection. Please use this option on the payment page If you are a vendor that will need lighting for your goods showcase.
● All vendor registrations are non-refundable.

Non-Profit organizations

Non-profit tables: $50.
One registration per organization and its affiliates.
Additional $50 charge for electrical connection if desired.
All non-profit registrations are non-refundable.

Final Registration Deadline is Saturday Aug 1, 2026

Single booths will have one 8'x2' table.
Double booths will have two tables, one 8' and one 6' tables in a L-setup (subject to change).

Tables will have table covers. You are welcome to bring and use your own table cover(s).

Non Profit booths are not permitted to sell any items to raise funds for their own organizations at ISW events. Only samples can be displayed at the non profit booths. We raise funds at such events for ISW programs and expenses.

Non-profit registrations are extremely popular and in order to give all interested non-profits a fair opportunity, only one registration per non-profit organization and its affiliates will be accepted. Any duplicate or redundant registrations will be canceled at ISW's discretion.

No refunds are made for booth fees, once paid. Credit can be applied for future ISW event venues, based on the committee discretion.

Food vendors, please DO NOT use this link and reach out to ID25@iswonline.org for inquiry and information request. No food/drinks will be allowed to be sold at any vendor tables. No exceptions.

License Information & Vendor Requirements:

1. Vendors are suggested to have a State of Massachusetts Business License. (Optional)
2. Multiple vendors/businesses will not be permitted to share the same booth/space.
2. Food vendors, a temporary food establishment permit is required by Massachusetts Health & Social Services
3. Food vendors using hot oil or grease MUST have a 10 lb. ABC fire extinguisher at the food vendor site – per City of Worcester Fire Marshal.
4. Non-profit registrations are extremely popular and in order to give all interested non-profits a fair opportunity, only one registration per non-profit organization and its affiliates will be accepted. Any duplicate or redundant registrations will be canceled at ISW's discretion.

The ISW India Day Committee Reserves the Right to:
1. Reassign/change a space if necessary, even on show date. Spaces are not transferable by vendors.
2. Deny a space without a refund to any vendor in violation of any rule.
3. Prohibit display of certain products/distribution of materials based on its acceptability to the general public.
4. Eject vendors/visitors from the festival grounds where there is cause.
5. ISW is not responsible for theft or damage of vendor’s display or property. Vendors are responsible for their own space, and agree to reimburse ISW for any damage caused by unloading, loading and operations during the festival.
6. ISW is not liable for any damage to your equipment, merchandise, yourself or your family, friends or employees working at your booth.
7. No alcoholic beverages are permitted on festival grounds.
