ISW GARBA 2026

13 Oct 2026 11:42 PM | Anonymous

Bolo Shri Ambe Mata ki Jai!

We promised and we delivered - One Night. One community.ENDLESS ENERGY!

Our Team planned the night, brought the community together and YOU brought the vibrant energy that made the evening unforgettable.

ISW 2026 Annual Grand Garba was held on Saturday Oct 3rd, and definately set the perfect tone for upcoming Navrati celebrations.

With last year’s popularity, the Cultural Committee envisioned and planned for a grand Navratri celebration. With a venue holding a 1,000 person capacity, Doherty High school in Worcester, we fulfilled the community's expectations and even sold out a month before the event!

This is a first for an ISW Garba event, where 900+people attended in their finery, enjoying every aspect of the celebration.

We kick started with Ganesh Vandana by Radhi Navani and Bhartiben Bhakta, the OG’s of ISW Navratri. Their continued support means a lot to the ISW Garba committee.

DJ Sidd along with Dhol beats by Jassi enthralled the crowd with nonstop Garba, Dandiya and Retro Bollywood tunes with everyone moving and grooving to the beats! Even teenagers enjoyed dancing the night away!

We would like to thank and give a big shout out to EverGreen Foster Care for being our Gold Sponsor for this event.

Additionally this year we introduced some fun competition in different categories, with lovely gifts sponsored by JC Traditions, Narayan & Mala Sharma and Ekta Jain (EDA). We deeply apprecitate their generosity.

Honest restaurant from Waltham had an amazing menu to keep the hungry dancers' bellies filled, as well as Natural Fruttiberri providing amazing drinks and ice-creams, including Desi masala sodas!

Our Amazing vendors had kick started the festive shopping for the community: Mayinarts, Namoblings, Narula Jewelry, Priyalaya Boutique, Khushi Collection, Shubh Hand-e-crafts, and JC Traditions. We also had a financial advisor on board, SK and Financial. We are very grateful to all of them for their support.

A divine aarti was performed by everyone, teaching the values and meaning of Navratri to both, young and old. Many volunteers opened their hearts and brought trays and trays of prasad in the form of Mataji’s blessings.

The decor, led by our veteran Carolyn Passey, transformed the venue and made it look beautiful. Ticketing and registration were managed seamlessly by EB/CC members, while IYG managed the crowd and sold snacks and Dandiyas, supported by IYG advisors.

Team efforts showed in every aspect of the event and we couldn’t be prouder of our organization!

Again, huge shout out to ISW EB, IYG, and Cultural Committe members for setting the bar incredibly high. Our families stepped up in a big way as well — from setup to registration to cleaning‑up. Special thanks to Trisha Nikte, Vinod Gupta, Bijal Doshi, Govind Dindore, Ashwini Virmani, Yatin Manjrekar, Tanvi Tanna, and Anjali Tanna.

The night was unforgettable and the memories are etched in our hearts! A big thank you to our volunteer Photographer Naveen Yamana (@pix_by_yana @ naveenyamana for capturing beautiful moments.

People are already prepared to mark their calendars for next year and we can't wait for the celebrations!
